Act as the voice of our brand across our social media channels and manage all community communication:

  • Apply the Social Media Strategy and guideline and prepare a social content plan to be launched 
  • Organise brainstorming sessions on a weekly basis with the Creative team to prepare a list of materials to be taken on a global scale
  • Coordinate trip logistics (testimonials, models, locations, secret spots) for the creative Team
  • Be the person to go to for social media actions on a global scale.
  •  Coordinate the weekly plan with freelancers based in Berlin, New York. 
  • Actively engage with the community on all of our social media channels (in english) 
  • Identify and bring to life new opportunities to drive deeper engagement within the community
  • Monitor and stay up to date on what is happening within the community
  • Leverage existing processes to escalate conversations if and when necessary
  • Define KPIs, set targets, and prepare reports to ensure the health of the community
  • Monitor engagement 

What you need 

  • Native English speaker with excellent written communication skills
  • Experience using social media on a daily basis on behalf of a proptech company 
  • Good writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • To be up to date with the trends in social networks and the real estate sector
  • Proven ability to grow an online community. You must have demonstrable experience creating and growing an online community in the past and be able to point to specific experiences where you have improved your product using feedback from customers.
  • Fluent in, and passionate about, online communities such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube. 
  • A highly organised multi-tasker who can quickly adapt to the nuances of different mediums and the voice and tone of our brand.
  • Interpersonal savvy and persuasive skills that make you effective at communicating a winning strategy and achieving your goals.
