That’s where you come in! We are looking for an Account Manager to help us in our very exciting growth phase. We’re scaling our team as well as expanding globally and there are exciting challenges ahead.


  • Manage a handful of professional accounts from onboarding, listing and booking
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with landlords, agencies and other real estate professionals
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
  • Reach out to potential new landlords and agencies who can use badi to list their rooms
  • Work together with the UK General Manager and HQ in order to execute local strategies with the right teams
  • Visit our customers across London (and the UK) to ensure they are fully onboarded and enabled
  • Help our Key Accounts with day-to-day activities and drive maximum bookings
  • Assist with opening new markets as we expand across the UK
  • Represent badi at key Real Estate events
  • Work together with the Senior Sales Manager to execute local sales strategies and maximise new rooms & bookings


  • Experience in a result-driven Sales environment
  • Fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships
  • Strong business acumen and outgoing
  • Ability to maintain and focus on long term relationships
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work within a multicultural team and fast changing environment
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks at the same time
  • Previous experience in a start-ups or real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor Degree  preferred
