We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Specialist to deliver first-class service to our users. Our CX team is focused on building strong relationships with our users community by providing tailored support to create delighted customers! Are you an energetic, hands-on, people person with great communication and interpersonal skills? Then this may be your job!
- Define, analyse and follow up all metrics related to bookings
- Help increase the number of bookings in the platform by direct calls with customers
- Provide education to our users about bookings by phone
- Detect areas of improvement in product
- Supporting the Customer Experience team when needed
- High level of English and Spanish, other language is a plus!
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and organised, with a can-do attitude
- Responsible, motivated and committed
