That’s where you come in! We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us in a very intensive growth phase. We’re scaling our team as well as expanding globally and there are exciting challenges ahead.

You will have to understand business requirements and have a keen eye for talent that can join us and help us meet our ambitious goals. We work in a fun and fast-paced environment where agile execution and resiliency are of great importance!

The People team is working hard not only to attract and hire new talent but also designing a scalable framework that we can grow with. As part of our team you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment processes which include:
    1. Understand the company’s goals, partner with heads of department and translate requirements into actionable recruitment strategies. 
    2. Defining an exquisite hiring process tailored to each position.
    3. Focus on the recruitment of Sales, Marketing, Operations and CX positions for our offices in HQ and abroad (UK, Germany and US offices).
    4. Grant exceptional candidate experience based on our core values.
    5. Build a strong community of great talent always having the long term outlook in mind.
  • Actively participating in HR-related events (summits, meetups, job fairs etc).
  • You will have the space to take ownership of new HR focused projects in a wide range of areas besides recruitment.

We are looking for you if you bring:

  • +5 years of relevant experience as an International Talent Acquisition Specialist in global companies.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting business/operational/marketing positions in a tech company.
  • Experience recruiting executive talent in EMEA and North America.
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company is a must.
  • Experience in a demanding environment meeting the highest standards.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR and/or Psychology or relevant fields.
