Badi is looking for a motivated rockstar to join our team in Barcelona! You will join the Customer Success & Experience department, a multicultural team in one of the hottest start-ups in Barcelona!
- Analyse quality of listings published in the platform
- Improve listing quality scores and reach goals set
- Provide support to customers by email and phone call
- Creation of publications in users’ behalf
- Moderation of listings published in the homepage
- Help with the analysis of important metrics for the company
- Identify and document best practices as well as opportunities for improving scalability
- Supporting the Supply and Customer Experience teams when needed
- High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and organised, with a can-do attitude
- Responsible, motivated and committed
- Customer-centric previous experience
