Job Functions

  • Responsible of the volume and quality of the leads generated (identifying good leads and recording them in spreadsheets)
  • Maintain LandLord availability calendars, contacting and updating their account details;
  • Modify listings in order to provide users with good quality supply;
  • Expand company's supply through accounts penetration;
  • Reply to Landlords inquiries

Skills

  • High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and organised, with a can-do attitude
  • Responsible, motivated and committed
