WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY?

Are you a student, recent graduate, or young professional with strong communications skills, searching for an inspiring and challenging place to gain experience in the sales field? Badi is looking for several highly motivated Sales Lead Generation interns to join our team as soon as possible and support our day-to-day efforts.

The ideal candidates should have a strong interest in real estate, tech, and sales together with excellent Spanish communication skills. 

The Sales Lead Generation interns will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads and must be able to work independently, think critically, and work to tight deadlines.

AS A SALES LEAD GENERATOR INTERN YOU WILL:
  • Maintain and expand the client's company’s database and research to find new leads.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct deep market research to identify potential prospects.
  • Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into meetings.
  • Make cold-call and email prospects to qualify the leads; identifying decision-makers and pain points to begin the sales process. 
  • Overcome objections of prospective clients. 
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Appropriately communicate company identity and position. 
  • Assist with Set up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions. 
  • Be a Key Team Player and assist all the sales team when needed.
YOUR MENTORS

YOUR IDEAL EXPERIENCE
  • Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven and hard-working
  • Ability to take direction and multitask.
