As honesty is part of our foundation, we can’t hide that the pandemic has left some scars over. Whilst changing strategies and team transformation have been enforced, we can say that we were supportive of one another, as we all faced uncertainty. We have succeeded in turning pain into rocket fuel as a team (#Weareubuntu) because we believe in our mission and vision to become the new generation rental marketplace.

Look no further! Badi is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our project and help to build the B2B future business of Badi. You will be part of a brand new team and report directly to the Head of CX.

As an Account Manager you will:

  • You will be responsible for building relationships with professionals in the sector.
  • You will also be the main contact of your client once acquired. You will improve the portfolio's occupancy. You will have to make calls to contact the clients and push them to publish more rooms and flats on our platform.
  • Analyze and research our customers to choose the best possible approach.
  • Makes sure our clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
  • Communicate client needs and demands to the employer company
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Participate in the creation of a strategy to improve the quality of their portfolio 
  • Collaborate with all other teams for day-to-day needs. Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

Your ideal experience

  • Experience in a result-driven Sales environment.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Ability to maintain and focus on long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work within a multicultural team and fast-changing environment.
  • Previous experience in a Start-up is a plus.

How we’ll take care of you

  • Salary: 25.000 €  - 35.000 €  p.a. depending on experience and stock option package.
  • Our offices in Barcelona will remain available for any employee who wishes to use them part-time or full-time.
